The inside out and top down approach is what I use to implement leadership into an organization. What does this mean?

Well inside out: is investigation into and mastery of the self as cause of our current experience of life.

Top down: – To shift an organization, we start with the top of the organization the leaders or the owners and bring about awareness and skills to master the personal thoughts, behaviours and then feelings. This then has a dramatic shift on the business the people in that business and the results soon start to flow.

To achieve this all the Leader requires is openness to new ideas / paradigms and a willingness to step out of their comfort zone so that growth can occur be diligent with the process. “It won’t happen overnight, but it will happen.”
